Every child has something divine, something original, and something great, an atom of perfection, Talent and strength in a panorama that God offers him or her to take or refuse. But alone he or she can’t make that fruitful. There they need a person who leads, who teaches and who prophesies. So our task is to explore, encourage and develop it and inspire its application for the good of mankind. For us teaching is an aptitude for anticipation, encouragement patience, liberation and self-discipline. We should make learning a delightful experience, and then teaching will definitely develop into a blissful act. It completes its perfection, when a teacher himself or herself happens to be the parent of the child. “Be human, be holy”! That should be our dictum. Very often we divert the meaning of education as mental growth and knowledge achievement , and forget that it is something more deals with the heart then the head. Because that is the fact that, if the head symbolizes intelligence, heart is symbolic of emotion and all other human virtues . Therefore contrary to the common perception, education is meant to do equal good to the human sensibilities and sensitivities, behavioural patterns, social attitudes and the emotional well being, for the individual and the society. Education should aim for the equality, the liberty and the fraternity among the people from every caste, creed, race and religion. That is educating the mind and the heart, and thus, filling the hearts and minds of human being with emotional fellow feeling. And, it is here that learning beyond classroom, plays the vital role in the development of character of one . There the school becomes a place of character formation. Thank you,
